We developed a web based TMS system, a Customer Portal on top of Mercury Gate TMS, which could be used by clients to Rate, book and Track the shipment with great user experience. Migrated legacy TMS data to this customer portal so that customer and their agents/users can manage old and new shipments all from same portal. Integrated multiple services of TMS and other aggregators like P44.
Developed a solution for real-time â€˜Track â€˜nâ€™ Traceâ€™ for a 3PL service providerÂ to track information from 500 carriers. The Solution is based on free open EDI standards; no EDI software used. Handles more than 4000 tracking requests per day with less than 1% error rate. Provides 24/7 availability of shipment status â€‹
Developed a multi-tenant customer Portal specific to each shipper for order booking, status of existing bookings and processing payments for a US-based 3PL Company and provides a wide array of freight broker services including LTL, FTL, supply chain management and expedited shipping. This portal also has added features of shipment tracking and KPI reporting.
