Microsoft publishes a case study on CRM implementation in Provident Housing done by DreamOrbit

Provident Housing is a 100% subsidiary of Puravankara Projects Limited, one of the real estate majors of India.

They partnered with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, to give an impetus to growth by unifying its presales, sales and post sales on a common platform. Consequently, they now have more lead conversions, quicker processes and better customer satisfaction, which has increased returns on investment.
Dreamorbit becomes the first affiliate partner in India to do such successful implementation and getting the case study published.
